Shipping policy

All shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Large items will be shipped via LTL and smaller items by UPS. There are extra fees for lift gate and residential delivery on freight shipments. We can ship internationally but require pre-payment. We can ship using your shipping account and can even include your shipping labels and packing slips on drop shipments if you provide them. We do not process the payment until the item is ready to ship in most cases.
